Assistant Job Description

We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our team taking on the role of Personal Assistant for our company’s CEO. Your overall job’s responsibility will be to help her delegate some of the everyday challenges in her position to make her job both easier and less stressful. This is a full time position.

 

Starting Pay $15 hr, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with one hour unpaid lunch, and two paid 20 minute breaks. You will be responsible for things such as assigning orders for our Krocheters, taking kustom orders, packaging orders, taking calls, sending emails, placing weekly yarn orders, taking measurements, running errands, etc. This is a full time position. Candidate must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and live in/near Ann Arbor Michigan OR willing to drive to work 3 days out of the week. 2 days out of the week employee can opt to work from home unless needed in the office.

Also to have a positive attitude and be able to maintain confidentiality.

Our ideal candidate is a natural leader who can inspire and motivate the team to achieve their goals. Since they will be responsible for the overview of the entire team's work output they should have communication skills, be able to assign tasks effectively, and have a strong understanding of the industry. The Assistant should also able to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies increase productivity and efficiency.
